Panorama Restaurant

Panorama Restaurant is at the upper cable-car station on Srđ, 400 metres above the old town. The terrace looks out over the walls, Lokrum, Lapad and the Elaphiti Islands. The restaurant belongs to the Nautika group, and the kitchen relies on Dubrovnik recipes and local produce.

The menu includes a Dalmatian trio of octopus, marinated prawns and anchovies, sea bass fillet with vegetables and lamb shank with potato purée. Prices are above the Dubrovnik average, and the cable-car ticket has to be added to the bill.

The restaurant is open seasonally, from April to October, until midnight in summer. The most sought-after tables are those at the edge of the terrace at sunset; reservations are taken online, and a table by the railing is worth booking four to five days in advance.
