Bistro Kastel

Bistro Kastel is inside the medieval Dubovac fortress, on a hill above Karlovac, with a view of the Kupa river and the surrounding forests. The Gault&Millau guide rated it 13.5 out of 20 points and highlighted its blend of tradition and contemporary cooking.
