Cotton Club has been operating on Trg slobode, at the entrance to the old town and a few steps from the Euphrasian Basilica, for more than thirty years. The menu combines Istrian and Mediterranean cuisine: hand-rolled pljukanci (hand-rolled Istrian pasta) with truffles, truffle risotto, thin-crust pizzas from a stone oven and dry-aged steaks from the restaurant's own ageing chamber. The tomahawk and the Tuscan tagliata are carved in front of the guest.
