Restoran Volaria

Restoran Volaria operates right on the shore of Veruda marina, about ten minutes' drive from the centre of Pula. The large terrace looks out over the masts, and there are 130 seats in total. Since 2021 the restaurant has been run by a new team: owner Igor Prhat, manager Tea Gobo and chef Ante Živković, who has turned the menu towards fresh fish, shellfish and homemade pasta.

The menu includes tagliatelle with scampi and saffron, crni rižot (black cuttlefish risotto) and boškarin (Istrian ox) dishes. Bread and pasta are made in the kitchen every day. Guests most often mention in reviews the view of the marina, the friendly staff and the seafood dishes, and alongside the fish menu also the pizzas with mozzarella.

The kitchen is open from 12 noon to 10 pm, and parking is free. For Saturday evenings reservations are recommended on 052 385 387.
