Konoba Tarsa

Konoba Tarsa has been operating on Trsat since 2002. It is run by Goran Rogić, and the fireplace and the aquarium stand where they have been since the opening. The menu is classic coastal and continental cooking: beef soup from the pot, mixed grill for two, turkey with gorgonzola gnocchi, noodles with scampi and polenta with Grobnik cheese (a local sheep's cheese) (7 €).

Steak tartare for two costs 50 €, and a dinner with a starter, main course and drinks around 35 € per person. Tamburica (traditional string instrument) players perform at weekends, and there is a large car park and a children's playground in front of the konoba.
