Konoba Vinko
Konoba Vinko stands on the road to Drniš in Konjevrate, 15 kilometres from Šibenik and four kilometres from the entrance to Krka National Park at Lozovac. It was founded by Vinko Krnić, who is still in the konoba (traditional tavern) every day, and the business is run by the second generation of the family: daughter Maja Bačić manages it, and his son-in-law carves the meat.
Michelin has awarded the konoba a Bib Gourmand, the mark for good cooking at a fair price. Two dishes carry the house: roast suckling pig with crisp skin and skradinski rižot (Skradin-style veal risotto) that is cooked for hours. A portion of suckling pig costs around 12 €, the risotto 16 €, starters 3.50–6 € and desserts 5–6 €.
The konoba is open Tuesday to Sunday, from 12 noon to 11 pm. Reservations are recommended two or three days ahead, especially at weekends. Guests most often praise in reviews the suckling pig, the risotto and the large portions.
Konoba Vinko is a restaurant in Šibenik. The menu features grilled dishes, home cooking and vegetarian dishes. It has a terrace and parking. A good choice for guests with pets. The price range is €€.
