Pelegrini

Pelegrini is in the Renaissance Pelegrini-Tambača palace in Šibenik, right next to the Cathedral of St James, with a terrace on Trg četiri bunara. The kitchen is led by chef Rudolf Štefan, and the 2026 Michelin Guide confirmed the restaurant's star.

There are two tasting menus, of four or six courses, which give a contemporary reading of Dalmatian cuisine and change with the season. Four courses cost 165 €, six courses 195 €, and wine pairing an additional 95 € or 119 € respectively. The wine list has more than 500 labels, with an emphasis on Dalmatia; sommelier Branimir Vukšić has received the award for best sommelier in Croatia.
