Restoran Bruschetta

Restaurant Bruschetta is on the Zadar waterfront, a few steps from the Sea Organ and the Greeting to the Sun. The modern glass dining room and terrace look out over the sea, and the kitchen is led by chef Tomislav Muranić.

Gault&Millau rates the restaurant 12.5 out of 20 points for 2026 and singles out the tuna tartare with Dijon and wasabi sauce, green spinach gnocchi with sea bass and sun-dried tomato, monkfish brudet (fish stew) with mussels and prawns on creamy polenta, and the pistachio cheesecake. The menu also includes pizzas, pasta and the bruschette from which the house takes its name. A pizza costs around 12 euros, a fish main course closer to 30, and dinner with drinks 40 to 45 euros per person.

The restaurant is open every day from 12 to 22:30, and the menu is available in six languages. In July and August a reservation is essential. Guests most often mention in reviews the view from the terrace, the large portions and the quick service.
