Switching from Quandoo: JELO PRO free until 1 January 2027

Terms of the offer

• The offer is only for restaurants that had a Quandoo account.
• Until 1 January 2027 you use the reservation system free of charge (€0).
• From 1 January 2027 the regular price list applies: Start 29 / Pro 59 / Pro+ 79 € a month including VAT, with no commission per guest or per booking (price list).

What we do for you

• We move the guest list from your Quandoo CSV export into JELO PRO. We do it by hand, because there is no automatic import.

Steps

1. Export your data from Quandoo before 31 December 2026 (how to export your data).
2. Get in touch via the contact form or on +385 97 741 1911.
3. Send us the export; we move the guest list.
4. Switch on the booking form on your website.

What to know before you switch

• The restaurant dashboard is in Croatian.
• The booking form and guest emails are in Croatian, English, German, Italian and Polish.

Who can get the offer?

Only restaurants that used Quandoo. Other restaurants pay the regular price list.

Who moves the data from Quandoo?

We do. You send us the CSV export from Quandoo and we move the guest list into JELO PRO. Make the export before 31 December 2026.
